Paco Garcia

The founder of State 28 Custom Design & Fabrication - Paco is a veteran, former law enforcement officer, and is the proud father of two sons who have actively served their country. Paco started running State 28 out of his garage, building custom barbecue grills, etching glassware, and performing sheet metal fabrication.

Like any quality craftsman, Paco's business has grown quickly, and he now works out of a two story fabrication facility that he constructed in Santa Fe, TX. Paco's dedication to quality is obvious to anyone who works with him. He won't stop until the job is done, and the job isn't done until it's done right.

Rob Garcia

Paco's eldest son and a manager of business and production for State 28 Custom Design & Fabrication. Rob formerly served his country as a Combat Engineer in the 82nd Airborne Division, and is a wonderful husband and father to a beautiful baby boy.

Vincent Garcia

Paco’s youngest son who formerly served as a Marine Corps machine gunner on deployment in Iraq. He now serves as State 28 Custom Design & Fabrication's manager of assembly and fabrication.
